Upgrade fee sees few iPod touch users updating to 3.0 software

Hey what do ya know, few people want to shell out $10 for something their big brothers are getting for free.

I’m still in the view that Apple never fully defined the fact to iPod Touch users that they would be paying for major updates (Though I reluctantly updated to 3.0)
